Fresh Cut
Currently, F&S Produce processes over 75-million pounds of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables annually at our southern New Jersey facilities. With the food industry’s ever-increasing demand for fresh-cut ingredients, F&S Produce has the capacity to supply customers with customized cuts, sizes, and packages for their further production.
We purchase a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables from local as well as national growers. With access to many of the world’s agricultural markets, we also import produce to assure our customers of year-round availability.
Our core industrial fresh-cut ingredients include – among many other offerings – celery, onions, carrots, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic, apples, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, and grapes. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing the freshest and highest-quality ingredients to our industrial food customers for their own finished products.
