F&S Produce is geared to service “JIT” food-service needs with unparalleled
order fulfillment and delivery of chef-ready fresh-cut fruit and vegetable
products of the highest quality. We maintain an extraordinarily tight supply
chain inside our southern New Jersey facilities. Raw products are scheduled
to arrive 24-to-72 hours prior to production. Every outbound order is processed
one day before delivery to assure our customers of the freshest fresh-cut
produce available.
With LTL delivery to distribution centers throughout the eastern seaboard
three-to-six days a week, F&S Produce provides the product quantities
our food-service c
ustomers require on a “JIT” basis. As a result, shrink
is reduced and inventory supply minimized, if not eliminated.
